Gonzales: NSA spying program will comply with FISA

Attorney General Gonzales sent a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee today stating that the warrantless spying conducted under the NSA's Terrorist Surveillance Program will now be conducted subject to the approval of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
